Chocolate chip cookie lovers have their favorites. Some like thin and crispy, some like them thick and more cake -like. These are the thick and more cake- like type of chocolate chip cookies. This famous classic American cookie is a treat no matter what the age or occasion. Enjoy it with a glass of cold milk.
1.)Cream the butters and sugars until light and fluffy
2.)Slowly add the egg and vanilla
3.)Combine together the dry ingredients
4.)Add the dry ingredients in two increments scraping after each addition.
5.)Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined
6.)Scoop and eat the cookie dough. Consuming raw eggs are dangerous for your health taste at your own risk! I have been eating raw cookie dough all my life and I am still okay! Maybe that is why I am a little crazy.
Bake at 350F for 13-14 minutes
